Cinnamon Rock Gin

A rum with more than a taste of Christmas

Do you like cinnamon? This rum is wonderfully liberal with all kinds of spices but it’s cinnamon that shines through like a Christmas Star. Yes, there are cloves and cardamon and ginger but (as with any winter mulled drink) they all play supporting roles.

In ancient times cinnamon was held to be a gift fit for monarchs and gods. Today, you can revel in its intense, fragrant flavour as a short drink over ice or simply add ginger ale or a good cola to create a sparkling, spicey long drink.
