Devine Lime & Salted Caramel Rum

Could you improve on a salted caramel rum? Surely this is as indulgent as it gets. Well yes. Adding a dash of lime lifts the smoothness and warmth of the rum and makes it tingle on your tongue (it’s the same with making a treacle tart. Grating some lemon or lime zest will make it sparkle).

To go even further – if that was possible – add Fever-Tree’s Mexican lime and Soda in a glass where you’ve already salted the rim. This will seriously play tricks with your tastebuds.
