Golden Vanilla Rum

Vanilla and Cornish Gorse flowers

This rum is closest in taste to a Lowland malt whisky which are noted for their sweetness and vanilla tones. As with all our rums, there are no artificial flavours or colouring – just natural ingredients. In this case we combine vanilla with Cornish gorse which you’ll find flowering along the coastal path and in hedgerows all year round.

All of our rums are very smooth and (just like fine whiskies) should be enjoyed neat or over ice. You can bring out the flavour even more by adding just a teaspoonful of lukewarm water.
