Apple Brandy

Rock Apple Brandy (fruit spirit) is matured in French red wine barrels for 3 years. Our Apple Brandy is made purely from Bramley apples, fermented to perfection, and distilled twice in 200L copper pot stills. It is then put into a 225L oak barrel for the magic to happen, cut with Cornish spring water, and left to rest again before bottling for you to savour. You can really sip this neat; it truly is a classic.
