Cherry Kiss Gin

A beautifully-balanced gin infused with English Red cherries

There’s quite a challenge to making a good cherry gin. Slightly too much flavour and it’s like a cough sweet. Too little and it can disappear altogether. We use the English sour cherry to enhance the dryness of our gin, not a Morello. The result is well-balanced with a nuanced taste that compliments the other botanicals that lurk in the heart of our gin.

We find an excellent lemonade pairs beautifully with our Cherry Kiss gin, bringing out all of the aromas of a late English summer’s day. Sip with cherries floating in your glass and watch the bubbles gather around them.
