Cornish Gold Gin

A true cocktail gin – perfect for creating Dry Martinis

Kingsley Amis would have described this as a ‘writer’s gin’. It has a spicier, more peppery taste that makes it the perfect base for any gin-based cocktail, especially a Dry Martini. The cubeb pepper from Indonesia is the secret botanical, perfect for adding a slightly “dirty” taste to a fine vermouth.

Although this gin is designed for the cocktail bar, it has a sophisticated dry bite when simply mixed with a good, neutral tonic. However, this gin really comes into its own when mixed with a dry ginger ale.
