Cornish Spiced Rum

Seriously spiced with Indonesian Cubeb Pepper

This is the rum our local fishermen like at 4:00am when others might lose the will to live. Here is a magnificent fusion of spices: ranging from cinnamon and vanilla through to allspice and orange peel but riding rough-shod over the lot is the rare cubeb pepper from Java and Sumatra.

Some might say the only spice missing is ginger. That’s easily fixed by topping up our Cornish Spiced Rum with ginger ale – a truly warming combination.
