Blue Angel Gin

One of the few genuinely blue gins

Many gins are sold in blue bottles, but Blue Angel is naturally blue. There are no artificial colours or flavours, it’s simply infused with the Blue Gardenia flower which grows in Thailand. This turns it a beautiful inky-blue colour but barely alters its taste from our classic London Dry gin. Blue Angel has a delicate, dry and very refreshing taste that one customer described as “a walk through an Alpine meadow”.

We like to combine it with Fevertree’s Mediterranean Tonic, or a premium lemonade. If you keep some blueberries or blackberries in the freezer, you can sprinkle a few into the glass instead of ice cubes. For a dramatic twist, add a blue violet flower, or even a bright orange nasturtium flower, both of which are edible.
